how to submit for proofing

hi,

this is probably a silly question, but how do I submit an item for proofing?  i've got 500 available proofreads.

Dear Bob,

No question is silly. The simplest way is to copy and paste your text to the large text area here http://proofreadbot.com, and press the large yellow "Proofread Bot" button. Let me know if you need more help and I will put up a video.
