Access tab in google API Console can not be found

Please enter your Google Search API key at http://proofreadbot.com/user (click edit) to enable querying Google. You can obtain a Google Custom Search (CSE) key at https://code.google.com/apis/console under "Services" option. Once you enable the Search service, you will find your key under the "Access" tab. Click here for more info on Google

The problem is that when I register and get to the google console page, it asks me to start a project under Cloud. I do not find the Services button or the Search service. Or, the Access tab Where is it? How

I can find the Access tab?

Looks like Google updated their interface. You need to enable Custom Search API under APIs, and create a "Registered App" with any name, and paste the Browser Key to proofreadbot.com.
