Does it save a copy of the working you have put on Proofread. After it went through my document then sent me to Grammarly. Now I can not find it on Grammarly or Proofread Bot.

Hmm, could you elaborate how the site sent you to Grammarly? :) You can see your history at http://proofreadbot.com/user/23734 and delete old versions. Proofread Bot deletes a day old texts, but for some reason this task is now stuck, and I am currently fixing it.
