Paid but No Credits?

Hello, I paid for the service but my paid credits are not showing up. How do I resolve this?

Hello,

I noticed you have two accounts, one generated by the system at the time of purchase, and a Facebook Connect account. I transferred your credit to the Facebook account. Please let me know if you have any other questions at info@proofreadbot.com.
